1) Digital Services Policy
DEOrbit provides digital educational services (courses, mock tests, subscriptions, learning content). Since access is delivered digitally, refunds are limited and handled as per the rules below.
2) Refund Eligibility (When refunds may be approved)
- Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Payment Successful but Access Not Granted: Payment completed but the purchased service was not delivered.
- Wrong Amount Charged: Due to a verified technical error.
- Order Cancelled Before Access: If cancellation is requested before access is enabled (where applicable).
3) Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after access has been granted.
- Partial usage of a subscription/plan/content.
- Inability to use the service due to personal device/network issues not caused by DEOrbit.
- Violation of Terms & Conditions or misuse/fraudulent activity.
4) Cancellations
- If subscriptions/renewals are offered, you may cancel future renewals from your account settings (when available) or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future billing, but access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
5) Refund Process & Timeline
To request a refund, email us with your Order ID / Payment ID, registered email/phone, and the reason for the refund request.
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5–7 working days; actual credit time depends on your bank/payment method.
